Are you ready to be organized with Dr appointments and contact details? Just slip the cards into a sleeve pocket, and you have them easy to access anytime you need. They often include appointment dates & times, office contact names, phone, address, and a fax number. Many offices will require a faxed copy of Power of Attorney documents. Did you know that?

A 3-Ring binder

Buy a binder with a minimum of a 2-inch ring size. Your binder will fill up much quicker than you might anticipate. I quickly realized there were A LOT of financial and medical records. Also, I needed extra space to hold multiple copies of notarized durable Power of Attorney health and durable Power of Attorney finance packets. Having them all together made being organized less stressful.

 

Printer paper & HP Printer

  1. 32 lb premium printer paper is recommended if you're not on a super-tight budget. The feel of nice paper is a small touch of luxury. Otherwise regular printer paper works well, too.

  2. We’ve created the pdf to be printed with color ink, but a black/grey option will be available in June 2025.
